As a Junior CNC Miller, you will work alongside experienced colleagues to manufacture high-quality aluminium components and structures. During your education, internship, or apprenticeship, you have already gained basic experience in CNC machining. At Bayards, you will have the opportunity to further develop these skills and grow into an independent CNC Miller. You will work with our advanced 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines on projects for defence, luxury yacht building, containers, and helidecks. Your responsibilities include: - Reading and interpreting technical drawings, fixture sketches, and work instructions. - Preparing and setting up workpieces for machining. - Setting up and operating CNC milling machines. - Performing dimensional and quality inspections on machined parts. - Working according to specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. - Expanding your knowledge of CNC programs, tooling, and machining techniques. - Collaborating with colleagues to produce high-quality aluminium products.
