Role overview As Recruitment Consultant at The Offshore Partners, you will be part of the Recruitment team and support the full recruitment cycle for our international clients and projects. You will build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients, understand project and staffing requirements, identify the right professionals and guide both parties throughout the recruitment and placement process. You will work closely with the Manager Recruitment and the wider TOP team, combining recruitment, consultancy and commercial responsibilities in a dynamic international environment. Key responsibilities As Recruitment Consultant: - Search and select suitable candidates through our database, TOP network, CV databases, social media, job boards and your own network; - Collect and review CVs, make pre-selections and conduct candidate interviews; - Determine candidates' availability, salary/rate expectations and suitability for specific roles; - Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients and guide the process from introduction through placement; - Keep candidates and clients properly informed and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process; - Build strong relationships with existing clients and regularly identify their staffing needs; - Liaise with clients to understand the required experience, skills and job content for each vacan...
