We are looking for an experienced Accounting Governance & Reporting Manager to strengthen the finance function through improved internal controls, clear accounting guidelines, high-quality management reporting, and effective delivery of finance-related projects. The role combines financial governance, process improvement, reporting, and project management. It works closely with Finance, Operations, Management, Internal and External Audit, and other stakeholders to ensure financial processes are reliable, efficient, well-controlled, and support sound business decision-making in manner that suits the status of the Company, a growth company. The candidate has a background in a Big Four audit firm , providing a strong foundation in IFRS . What you'll be doing - Accounting Guidelines & Financial Governance - Develop, maintain, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and practical guidance, ensuring consistent application of accounting principles across the organization. - Provide guidance on new or complex transactions, support month-end and year-end closing, and maintain appropriate documentation for accounting judgments and policies. - Coordinate with auditors and accounting specialists where required and contribute to a strong and effective financial governance framework. - Management ...
