You want the actual runway to become the finance leader Hypersolid needs next. At Hypersolid, we're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Financial Controller to strengthen our Finance Team. You'll work closely with the Manager Accounting and the broader Finance Team, owning day-to-day financial operations, periodic closings, group consolidation, statutory reporting, and tax compliance across our group entities. Hypersolid's finance organization spans the Netherlands, the US, and Poland, so you'll work across borders from day one. This role has a clear path to a more senior position within 1-2 years, as you take on increasing responsibility. What are you going to do? - Take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, and support and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes across the Finance Team - Lead group-wide consolidation and take ownership of preparing annual statutory financial statements, both individual and consolidated, in compliance with Dutch GAAP and statutory financial accounting (SFA) standards - Manage corporate income tax (CIT) and VAT filings, maintaining strong relationships with tax advisors to ensure full compliance - Manage intercompany invoicing and ensure proper alignment of intercompany transactions - Act as a key point of contact for external auditors - Deputize for the Manager Accounting where needed, progressively taking on team leadership and stakeholder responsibilities with the Board, Supervisory Board, and financial institutions as the role grows - Identify and drive process improvements, ...
