We search our database and network, present a focused selection and arrange selftapes or live casting if needed. After the final choice, we coordinate the booking, practical communication, agreements and invoicing. What information should the casting brief include? Include the brand or product, production concept, target audience, role descriptions, dates, location, time on set, budget, media, duration, territories, paid usage and exclusivity. How much does a casting costs? Costs depend on the service and scope. A live casting, selftapes, talent fees and buyouts may be priced separately. Request a tailored quotation for current rates. How much time do you need for a casting? some requests can be handled quickly, but more preparation time usually allows for a broader and more accurate search. Contact us directly for an urgent casting and we will explain what is realistic. Can talent be bought out in perpetuity? Moederannecasting generally does not recommend unlimited usage for recognisable talent. Longer fixed periods may be discussed. The final agreement should clearly state media, duration, territories, paid usage and exclusivity. Do you arrange contracts and image rights? Can you arrange a digital twin for an AI production? Yes. Each project requires clear consetn, compensation, durations, usage and image-rights agreements. What rules apply when children work on set? Dutch rules for minors cover working time, rest, supervision and permits or exemptions. Requirements depend on age and production. Always consult the current official government guidance.
