Here are a few of your tasks: - The flying start: You open the mailbox and ensure that the administration is kept strictly up to date. You answer customer emails where possible, or involve the right person. You work accurately, love structure, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. - The voice of the company: The phone is ringing! A customer is calling with a question about our CARS application or an IoT project. With your pleasant telephone voice and smile - which people can hear through the line - you ensure they get to speak to the right person. You are helpful, professional, and think in the interest of the customer. You are our calling card. - Making tech tangible Time to create a fun and engaging post for our LinkedIn!
