Wat je gaat doen - Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products efficiently and accurately; - Maintain a clean workspace: follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe and organized working environment; - Collaborate with colleagues: communicate effectively within a diverse team to keep production running smoothly; - Work in shifts: commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts, with flexibility in scheduling; - Invest in your growth: participate in internal training programs and explore opportunities for career advancement, such as becoming a bandleider or transitioning to other roles. Wat we je bieden - A salary of €16.31 per hour; - Evening and night shift allowances of 130% (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and 140% (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM); - Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position; - Flexible hours: work between 24 and 36 hours per week; - 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days; - Travel allowance from 10 km, up to €8.32 per day; - Internal training and career advancement opportunities, such as becoming a team leader or operator.
