About this role
Do you want to develop your technical skills and grow into a CNC operator? Experience with CNC is not required for this position: you will have the opportunity to learn the necessary knowledge and skills in practice and obtain your CNC certificate. You will work in a 3-shift system, receive €3.100 to €3.200 gross per month plus a 20% shift allowance, and have the prospect of a long-term job. What are you going to do? - Operating and monitoring various production machines; - Producing parts, such as screws and bolts; - Checking the quality of the produced parts; - Setting up and adjusting machines when necessary; - Identifying and resolving minor deviations; - Working safely and accurately according to work instructions. You will receive guidance and support during your work and given the opportunity to further develop your technical skills. You will work in a 3-shift system: - Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00; - Evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00; - Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00.
