About this role
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and coordination support across departments as directed by the Chief of Staff based on business needs and priorities.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, presentation materials, meeting rooms, meals, supplies, and other preparation as needed.
• Assist with planning and execution of company meetings, employee events, leadership meetings, celebrations, and other company-wide activities.
• Draft, format, and proofread routine communications, presentations, documents, and other materials.
• Assist with special projects by organizing information, tracking action items, coordinating logistics, and following up on outstanding items.
• Maintain organized administrative records, files, shared materials, and other general business information.
• Serve as backup for the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phones, handling mail and packages, and providing general office support.
• Partner with different departments on administrative needs as assigned, while maintaining clear direction and prioritization through the Chief of Staff.
• Anticipate administrative needs and identify opportunities to help keep activities organized and moving forward.
• Manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities as business needs change.
• Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative, office, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn may also be considered.
Work Environment:
• Typical office environment
• If plant access is required, the employee may walk through a wet production environment (38–40°F) and must wear personal protective equipment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Physical Requirements:
• Able to move up to 20lbs occasionally
