Responsibilities:
• Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance and quality testing, running diagnostic tests, setting standards, and confirming adherence to them.
• Apply hands-on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes and quality concerns.
• Lead root cause analysis in problem-solving and address deviations from standards.
• Monitor process capability and help ensure permanent improvements are implemented.
• Mentor production operators and other team members to improve adherence to manufacturing standards and responses to deviations.
• Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Support process standardization, documentation, and operator training efforts.
• Lead audits, customer visits, and technical discussions.
• Foster a plant culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality systems, process improvement, or quality assurance required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of basic quality, financial, and operations protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to the management team and other groups.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills; able to provide constructive advice and feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
