What You'll Do (Day to Day Job Duties)
• Support current employees with routine People Operations questions and administrative needs.
• Maintain and update employee information and personnel transactions in UKG.
• Process approved employee changes, including status, compensation, promotions, transfers, and shift schedules.
• Provide administrative support for employee benefits, including enrollments, life event changes, deductions, and annual open enrollment.
• Assist with day-to-day administration of the company's 401(k) program and Alerus portal.
• Support payroll preparation by reviewing employee changes, timekeeping, PTO, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related information.
• Prepare routine reports and assist with reviewing payroll, benefits, and employee data for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and People Operations files.
• Support document control, SOPs, forms, and other People Operations documentation within the company's Quality Management System.
• Assist with People Operations invoices, records, audits, and other routine administrative activities.
• Work closely with the People Operations Manager and other team members to complete department projects and provide responsive support to employees.

• Help the People Operations team stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to accurate information and reliable processes that support employees, payroll, benefits, and the business.
• Help maintain the documentation and processes needed to support a regulated, quality-focused organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and make routine People Operations activities more efficient.
• Work collaboratively with the People Operations team and other departments to help keep the employee experience running smoothly.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
• 1–2+ years of experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate information and records.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and business information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the People Operations team and other departments.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in West Chester, PA.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with UKG Pro, UltiPro, or another HRIS platform.
• Experience supporting employee benefits, payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration.
• Experience working with employee data, HR reports, or other administrative reporting.
• Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, or other regulated work environment.
• Familiarity with employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plans.
• Experience working with electronic personnel records and document-control processes.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, sort and filter data, and perform basic calculations.
• Experience supporting process improvements or helping to develop and maintain administrative procedures.
