Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Proven hands-on experience developing backend systems using at least one type-safe language, with Golang strongly preferred.Professional background in software development with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Solid familiarity with backend microservices architectures, RESTful communication, and asynchronous messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.Experience operating within Scrum frameworks to deliver business capabilities and end-to-end customer journeys.Strong foundation in Test-Driven Development (TDD) across unit, component, functional, integration, and regression testing tiers.Practical experience with CI/CD/CT pipelines, automated testing, version control (Git, SVN), and project tracking tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, and Rally.Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, TDD, BDD, and Waterfall.Desirable technical exposure to Golang, Postgres, Kafka, gRPC, Docker, GraphQL, and Git.
