Requirements: Own transport and a driving license are required, as there may be travel between sites.We are seeking to enrol 3 IT Support Engineers, with 1 engineer covering each site in Newport, Port Talbot, and Llanelli. Responsibilities: We will provide AV client installations and support for client hardware, along with endpoint and server deployment.We will handle IMAC by validating requests, preparing and installing equipment, coordinating logistics, and supporting users.We will provide VIP service, offering prioritized onsite IT support to selected users and their assistants.We will offer walk-in IT support via Genius Bar, manage device handouts and returns, assist with orders and logistics, and ensure fast printer swaps to avoid production delays.We will manage incident resolution for workplace IT services by diagnosing issues, coordinating with third parties, restoring services quickly, updating records, and ensuring incidents are properly closed in line with priority and service level agreements.We will manage problem management by identifying, logging, prioritizing, and resolving issues affecting workplace IT services, coordinating with third parties, updating records, and preventing recurrence through root cause analysis and documentation.We will maintain IT assets and configurations by keeping accurate records, updating inventory, handling installations, returns, and disposals, ensuring stock levels, and supporting logistics in line with customer policies and systems. We are recruiting 3 IT Support Engineers to provide services across Newport, Port Talbot, and Llanelli, with one engineer covering each site. This is a 2-month role with the possibility of extension. Our team supports onsite IT services across multiple locations, and because travel between sites may be required, own transport and a driving license are needed.
