Salary: £33,000 - 38,000 per year
Requirements: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Microsoft 365 administration.Extensive knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.Experience supporting Microsoft RDS/AVD and Exchange environments.Proven systems administration experience.Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Responsibilities: Administer and support Microsoft Azure/Entra, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure platforms.Manage and maintain a global server estate of 600+ servers, ensuring systems are patched, monitored and operating efficiently.Provide 3rd line technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware, software and infrastructure issues.Work closely with ICT teams and business stakeholders to ensure systems remain secure, reliable and performant while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
