We are supporting a consultancy that is expanding its ServiceNow business transformation capability, with a particular focus on Procurement, Supplier Operations, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Shared Services and Global Business Services (GBS) transformation. This role sits at the early stages of transformation programmes, helping clients assess current ways of working, identify inefficiencies and define the roadmap for change across sourcing and procurement, supplier onboarding and management, shared service operations, employee-facing services and other enterprise workflow environments. A key part of the role is helping organisations understand how ServiceNow capabilities, including emerging solutions such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), can support broader business objectives, improve operational performance and create a foundation for scalable growth. The package includes a salary of up to £100,000 base plus bonus and benefits, with flexible hybrid working, multiple UK base locations and occasional client-site travel.
