Salary: £104,000 - 117,000 per year
Requirements: Proven enterprise-scale delivery experience as a ServiceNow Architect across ITSM, ITOM, and FSM domains.Deep expertise in MID Server configuration, alert rules, transform maps, and multi-tool telemetry integrations.Demonstrated experience handling real-world constraints in FSM dynamic scheduling and route/workforce optimization logic.Expert knowledge of CMDB design principles, CSDM (Common Service Data Model), and Service Mapping.Ability to drive upgradeability, manage technical debt, and lead Architectural Review Boards (ARB).ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM Event Management, FSM, or ITSM preferred.ITIL v4 framework knowledge preferred. We are seeking a high-caliber ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and hands-on delivery of an enterprise-grade digital transformation programme. This is a remote contract role inside IR35 for 12 months with potential extension and an immediate start. We are modernising IT operations and field service capability through ITSM, ITOM, and FSM integration, with a focus on automated event-to-incident correlation across multi-platform telemetry, dynamic FSM scheduling, and robust CMDB/CSDM 4.0 architecture. The day rate is £400.00 - £450.00.
