Requirements: Ability to design, execute, and analyse performance, load, stress, and volume tests.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Splunk, and diagnostics platforms such as New Relic and Dynatrace.Understanding of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and big data platforms such as Databricks.Ability to analyse complex performance issues and provide actionable recommendations.Strong scripting skills such as Python and JavaScript for test automation and data analysis.Knowledge of Performance Test Strategy and defining Non-Functional Requirements.Proven experience in performance testing of cloud-based architectures such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Eggplant Performance, and Gatling.Knowledge of middleware systems such as Kafka and IBM MQ.Experience with the ELK stack and reporting tools such as Tableau.Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in performance testing.Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. We are recruiting for an SC Cleared Performance Tester role in Leeds on a hybrid basis, inside IR35.
