Document management tasks include processing clinical documents, coding, and allocating them to relevant clinicians via Docman. You will also manage tasks within EMIS Web, assign them to appropriate staff, and ensure their timely completion. Additionally, you are expected to handle communication by monitoring shared practice emails, responding to inquiries, and maintaining professional and confidential communication. General administrative duties involve maintaining patient records, supporting prescription processes, and handling queries from patients and staff. Adherence to GDPR and NHS confidentiality guidelines is crucial.

Previous Receptionist experience (preferably in a GP or healthcare setting) Experience using EMIS Web Experience with Docman Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good customer services. Qualifications Essential

The ideal candidate must have previous receptionist experience, preferably in a GP or healthcare setting, experience using EMIS Web and Docman, and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good customer service skills along with excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. The ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment is also required. Knowledge of NHS referral pathways and e-RS, understanding medical terminology, and experience in primary care administration would be advantageous.
