Main duties of the job As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Operose Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exemplary primary care. Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive patient care, from initial assessments to diagnosis and treatment. The role demands safe clinical decision-making and expert care provision. Collaboration is key; you'll work alongside the general practice team to address patient needs while supporting the implementation of policies and procedures. We expect our practitioners to have experience in a Primary Care setting and be NMC registered, ideally with advanced practice credentials. A minor injury and illness qualification is essential, and a level 7 (MSc) qualification is preferred, though accreditation towards ACP status is acceptable. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
Experience in a Primary Care setting. NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber. Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered. Qualifications Essential
