Job Title: Production HelperJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. This role is integral to our production process, ensuring efficient operation and maintaining high product quality.Responsibilities
• Assist machine operators with production setups and changeovers. • Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished products throughout the production area. • Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment. • Monitor product quality and assist with inspections. • Package and label finished materials. • Maintain clean and organized work areas. • Follow all safety procedures and company policies. • Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow. • Perform other production support tasks as assigned. Essential Skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. • Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery. • Capability to handle large rolls of material and production equipment safely. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 6 months tenure in a similar role or fast food/retail experience with physical duties. • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Reliability and job stability with at least 6 months of continuous work history. • Flexibility to work day or night shifts based on staffing needs. • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. • Tolerance to strong industrial odors. • Availability to work every other weekend as part of the regular schedule. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
