• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions • Perform tooling changes, machine adjustments, and setup modifications • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers • Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to ensure production standards are met • Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency • Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications
• Previous CNC lathe setup and machining experience preferred • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings • Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers • Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, experienced in CNC machining, and capable of performing machine setups, inspections, and troubleshooting independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
