Job Title: Production AssociateJob DescriptionJoin a leading manufacturer of PCB/PCBA boards and be part of a dynamic team working in three key areas: SMT, PTH Insertion, and assembly. As a production associate, you will handle blank boards, monitor SMT lines, and manage component reels. You will also transition boards to the PTH line, ensuring they are securely soldered, and complete final assembly into server boxes. Responsibilities • Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor SMT lines. • Load and unload component reels into the SMT machine, changing out individual reels or unloading full carts of reels. • Transition boards from SMT to PTH line, ensuring component reels are fed into the machine. • Ensure solder paste remains full during the PTH process. • Mount completed PCB/PCBA boards into server boxes following build sheets. • Utilize hand and power tools to secure assemblies. • Conduct pass/fail testing of completed server boxes and document their movement. Essential Skills • 1 year of work history • Ability to lift up to 30lbs • Pass a 5th-grade math test • Read, write, and speak proficiently Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in production, assembly, and machine operation Why Work Here?Benefit from working in an extremely clean, well-lit facility equipped with brand new machinery in a climate-controlled environment. Work in an ESD facility where smocks and heel straps are provided to ensure safety and compliance. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
