• Operate production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently. • Move, load, and handle lumber and materials throughout the production process. • Assist with material handling, including forklift-related duties when required. • Monitor equipment performance and conduct quality inspections on finished products. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures. Qualifications
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, forklift operation, or general labor is preferred. • Ability to perform physical work and safely work around machinery and equipment. • Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety. • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
