Responsibilities
• Assemble server racks, computer hardware, and electronic components according to work instructions and specifications • Install cables, connectors, wiring, and hardware components using hand tools and power screwdrivers • Follow detailed assembly procedures, diagrams, and production documentation • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and manufacturing standards • Scan components, track inventory, and accurately document production activities • Identify and report product defects, missing parts, or process issues • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production schedules and quality goals • Support continuous improvement efforts and help drive manufacturing efficiency Preferred Experience ✅ Assembly or manufacturing experience✅ Electronics, server, or computer hardware assembly✅ Mechanical assembly experience✅ Cable routing, wiring, or rack build experience✅ Quality inspection or quality control experience✅ Warehouse, production, or fulfillment experience✅ Ability to use hand tools and follow work instructions Why Apply?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
