• Build and install components for large commercial HVAC systems • Work with hand tools and powered equipment • Follow production instructions and quality standards • Inspect finished products for accuracy and performance • Keep your workstation clean and organized • Collaborate with coworkers to meet daily production goals Preferred Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the shift • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kentwood, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
