Industrial Maintenance Technician | Afternoon Shift | $22-$25/hr We are currently hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a leading pre-mix concrete manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience. • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM • On-call responsibilities for emergency equipment breakdowns as needed Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on plant equipment • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings • Replace and repair motors, switches, wiring, and other electrical components • Calibrate and maintain electrical and electronic equipment • Perform basic PLC troubleshooting and minor programming adjustments • Follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe working environment • Conduct mechanical repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and production equipment • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when needed • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing instruments • Support machine operations and respond to equipment breakdowns • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area Qualifications
• Previous industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, concrete, construction materials, or heavy industrial environments • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with experience working on industrial equipment • Knowledge of low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and mechanical repairs • Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings • Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred • Forklift operating experience is a plus • Basic welding experience preferred • Strong understanding of lockout/tagout and industrial safety procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment
