• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, patching, and cleaning • Apply paint, primers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and related tools • Perform detailed finishing work, touch-ups, and quality inspections • Ensure projects meet customer and company quality standards • Follow all safety guidelines and project specifications • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial painting experience • Experience with surface preparation and painting techniques • Ability to produce high-quality finishes with strong attention to detail • Reliable transportation and ability to meet early start times • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has commercial painting experience, a consistent work history, and is seeking a long-term career opportunity.
