Deine Aufgaben <ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Bearbeitung und Koordination der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung für Stuttgart, Burscheid und Waiblingen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Abstimmung und Pflege von Konten und Buchungen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Durchführung konzerninterner Abstimmungen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Bearbeitung von Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten und Anlagen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Mahnwesens</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Betreuung interner Fachbereiche sowie von Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Vereinheitlichung, Dokumentation und Digitalisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Übernahme zusätzlicher Fachthemen und Finanzprojekte</p></li></ul> Dein Profil <ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter oder Bilanzbuchhalter von Vorteil</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Buchhaltungssystemen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen buchhalterischen Sachverhalten</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Eigenständige und sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Finanzthemen</p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:0px;margin-top:0px;">Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse</p></li></ul>
