The Role
Within City College Plymouth we are developing our EHCP team to support the needs of learners from within the Local Area. The successful post holder will form part of a core team that is responsible for the oversight, management and completion of EHCP reviews for young people within the College. The postholder will be able to manage a large volume of meetings, coordinating these with local authority services, parents/ carers and young people. The post holder will be responsible for managing their caseload of young people, ensuring that they have key feedback from teaching and wider support teams in relation to student progress and achievement.
