Role reports to: Team Lead Customer Supply Chain Location: North America, United States, Arkansas, Rogers Work Location: Hybrid What you will do Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Deliver Analyst plays a critical role in improving customer experience and supply chain performance through data-driven decision making, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners with a variety of teams to identify risks, solve operational challenges, and implement solutions that improve service, inventory health, logistics efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
Leveraging analytics, automation, and modern reporting tools, the role supports business planning, forecasting, inventory management, and logistics execution by transforming complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. This position helps identify opportunities, improve decision-making, and drive operational excellence across the supply chain.
Beyond day-to-day operations, the role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, improving service levels, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency. Opportunities may include supporting benchmarking activities, evaluating emerging technologies, and participating in projects that strengthen forecasting, replenishment, logistics, reporting, and broader supply chain capabilities.
Primary functional responsibilities can include:
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations, including customer-level, SKU-level, ship-to-level, and network-level insights.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Excel, Power BI, SAP/BW, EDI, Celonis, and other analytics platforms to investigate issues, summarize findings, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, customer, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting, improved logistics efficiency and efficient inventory replenishment.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, service level enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Use AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to identify trends, root causes, service risks, and improvement opportunities across order management, replenishment, inventory, and logistics.
• Support order execution and exception management by using data, systems, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve service issues, improve process reliability, and reduce recurring manual intervention.
• Proactively manage order fulfillment to meet customer demand through integration with operating company, distribution, and planning/forecasting.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on supply chain optimization and customer service enhancement.
• Lead initiatives to standardize reporting formats, templates, and processes across the team and department.
• Design and maintain dashboards and regular reports for key supply chain metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, on-time delivery).
• Lead short-term Sales & Operations execution alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure responsiveness and agility.
• Develop and leverage key business relationships to understand the customer expectations and internal policies/capabilities to proactively manage the business to meet customer expectations.
• Identify, plan and implement end-to-end solutions that improve service, cost, or develop new capabilities
• Apply AI and digital tools to simplify recurring analysis, improve reporting speed, reduce manual work, and support faster decision-making.
• Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to customer purchasing patterns and Kenvue network for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies
• Drive process and systems improvements that positively impact order management, inventory management, and dashboard measures
• Find opportunities to develop transportation solutions to improve on-time delivery and drive profitable growth through logistics, replenishment, and policy optimization.
• Help resolve escalated discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management through root cause identification and corrective actions
• Monitor and report critical metrics (in stock/out of stock, fill rate, and on-time delivery), and research root cause with supply chain partners and provide back in stock date and action plans to correct and prevent in the future.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Sales to provide detail by SKU recommendations to Customer to drive higher inventory during periods experiencing lift (promotional, seasonal, etc.).
• Support Sales/Demand Planning by providing item level POS and Supply Plan data and feature/ad/promo or reset ship dates.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• 2-4 years of related work experience required.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including advanced Excel required.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI, etc.) required.
• University/Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working on multi-functional teams preferred.
• Experience with developing digital solutions preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to learn and optimize new systems and applications preferred.
• A customer-centric mindset, with customer-facing working experience is preferred.
• Experience working in the End-to-End Supply Chain (Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Customer Service) is preferred.
• Business applications preferred, such as BW, EDI, Celonis or other ERP Systems.
• Process Excellence training or certification such as Lean, Six Sigma is preferred.
• Strong project management skills are preferred.
What’s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$72,675.00 - $102,600.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
