You'll join the Professional Services team, reporting to the Director of Professional Services.You will be the person who tests every change in sandbox before it gets merged, and gives the verdict on it — either it's clean and ready to go, or it isn't and here is exactly what's wrong. You'll also keep control of what each release contains, and on release day check that production behaves as expected once the deployment is live. It's a hands-on technical role: you'll read code, query the database, poke at APIs, chase errors through logs, and build your own tooling to make the work faster.The point of the internship isn't to run through a checklist someone else wrote. It's to end up genuinely understanding how the product works end to end — which is one of the most useful things you can learn early in a career in tech.You'll get full visibility of how a B2B SaaS product gets built, tested and shipped to enterprise clients, with real responsibility from early on — you're the quality gate before anything reaches a client.
