The mission We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong focus on client onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient, and structured implementation of Caravelo’s solutions. This role is key to delivering a smooth customer experience, ensuring that new clients adopt our SaaS platform successfully, from initial setup to full operational deployment.As the primary point of contact during onboarding, you'll manage timelines, align internal and external stakeholders, and make sure milestones are met. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to streamline onboarding, get ahead of problems before they land, and make sure clients get real value from the platform from day one.You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to streamline onboarding processes, address challenges proactively, and ensure clients gain maximum value from our platform. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, standardize onboarding best practices, and optimize workflows will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term product adoption.
