Main duties of the job
Lead and manage the hospitals Estates and Facilities, including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Catering, Reception and Administration teams.Ensure high-quality support services are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed budgets. Oversee building maintenance, health & safety, compliance, contractors and capital improvement projects. Lead, develop and motivate support services teams, while building strong relationships with colleagues and external suppliers. Provide visible leadership across the site and contribute to the Hospital Senior Management Team and on-call rota.

Priory Hospital Altrincham has an opportunity for a Head Of Facilities to join our team.
Priory Hospital Altrincham, Hale, Cheshire provides inpatient and outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions and addictions, including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, OCD, phobias, PTSD and bipolar disorder. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Rappax Road and Altrincham railway station approximately 12 miles from the hospital.
Person Specification
Essential Essential
Strong leadership and line management experience. Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. Experience managing budgets and working to tight deadlines. Good understanding of health & safety and regulatory requirements. Ability to manage multiple operational services effectively.
Desirable
Experience in a similar senior role within healthcare or hospitality. Senior management experience with responsibility for multiple teams. IOSH or NEBOSH qualification. Experience in project management and capital expenditure. Experience managing external contractors and suppliers
