Job Summary As a Recruiter 2 within the RPO Operations division at Yoh Services LLC, you will play a pivotal role in executing recruitment strategies aimed at fulfilling key leadership and individual contributor roles efficiently and effectively. You will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment journey—from sourcing to onboarding—while fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leadership. Your efforts will directly influence the talent acquisition success for GE Renewable Energy TA, shaping the company's reputation as an employer of choice. The role is remote-based in Georgia and part of the Enterprise Solutions business unit, offering a dynamic environment to contribute your expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing. Responsibilities Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for assigned roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs. This includes leveraging diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interviewing coordination, and providing detailed assessments with recommendations to hiring managers to facilitate informed hiring decisions. Collaborate closely with clients' leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand and align with business strategies, culture, compensation frameworks, succession planning, and compliance requirements, ensuring recruitment efforts support organizational goals. Maintain rigorous documentation and compliance by accurately updating candidate records, requisition statuses, and recruitment activities within applicant tracking systems, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards. Serve as a dedicated brand ambassador by representing assigned client programs at job fairs, industry events, and through proactive candidate engagement, promoting the client’s employer brand and enhancing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Continuously expand and optimize the network of sourcing resources and leadership pipeline databases to support current and future recruitment needs. KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while adhering to instructions and displaying proactive initiative in recruitment activities. Strong commitment to excellence and a robust work ethic, ensuring consistent follow-through and a high level of accountability. Exceptional customer service skills, fostering positive experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Capacity to cultivate collaborative relationships swiftly, establishing credibility and trust with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners. Detail-oriented with a strong process mindset, recognizing the importance of standardized recruitment practices and consistent application. Proven adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments, effectively managing ambiguity and delivering outcomes within established timelines. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field is required, reflecting a solid educational foundation for the recruitment function. At least 1 year of professional experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, with preference given to candidates who have demonstrated success in managing recruitment pipelines and stakeholder relationships. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard recruitment tools is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences. Ability to analyze staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Compensation and Benefits In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
