Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Hygiene Coordinator, you’re not just leading daily culinary production for the property – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Maintain food safety records, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and inspection reports. • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inspections. • Monitor food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Promote awareness of hygiene policies, procedures, and best practices across departments.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, quality assurance, or hotel operations. • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles. • Strong administrative, organizational, and record-keeping skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
