Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment and are responsible for all security, fire prevention, and safety issues. As an Engineering Executive, you’re not just managing the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings cost-effectively – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: • Operational Efficiency: Manage property operations to boost productivity and reduce costs • Staffing Balance: Monitor staffing levels, optimize team utilization, and manage overtime/contractor use • Maintenance Supervision: Oversee trouble reports and general maintenance to maintain high facility standards • Preventive Maintenance: Implement and supervise scheduled maintenance for all M&E equipment • Safety & Efficiency: Ensure safe, efficient operation of all plant and equipment • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance and testing activities • Contract Negotiation: Manage service contracts and support budget planning • Financial Awareness: Align operations with financial goals while maintaining safety and service quality • Contractor Coordination: Supervise contractors for compliance and safety standards • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels and organize the storeroom efficiently • Long-Term Planning: Contribute to capital planning and infrastructure forecasting • Technology & Compliance: Apply the latest tech and ensure regulatory compliance with safety and energy directives • Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports, liaise with authorities, and lead safety/environmental meetings • Team Development: Recruit, train, and evaluate engineering staff; enforce security and emergency protocols • Policy Adherence: Ensure full compliance with hotel policies and procedures

• 1–2 years of hotel security management experience • Expertise in engineering systems: HVAC, water treatment, hydraulics, chillers, electronics, lighting, elevators, fire safety, etc. • Skilled in maintaining all hotel building services, including security, A/C, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, and laundry systems • Knowledge of government regulations and technical standards
