About the Role As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of our kitchen and food service areas. You will support our chefs and food & beverage team by ensuring kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are clean and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils. • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and waste disposal areas. • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock. • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures. • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods. • Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to Hilton standards. • Must be available to work Weekends and Public Holidays
