What We're Looking For
• Previous hotel front office experience preferred. • Availability to work across a rotating 24/7 roster, including overnight shifts. • Ability to work independently between 10:00pm and 6:00am. • Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude. • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests promptly and professionally. • Manage smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes. • Act as the primary point of contact for in-house, arriving, and departing guests. • Provide local recommendations and assist with leisure and corporate guest enquiries. • Assist with reservations and booking enquiries. • Complete the Night Audit process, ensuring daily transactions are accurately balanced and reports are completed. • Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment during overnight shifts.
