Knowledge, Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred. • +7 years strategic sourcing/procurement experience, ideally within financial services/banking and across multiple regions. • Proven leadership of high-value, complex negotiations • Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MIS office) with advanced analytics capability. • Hands-on with P2P/CLM/VRM platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Icertis, ServiceNow/Archer/OneTrust) and ERP (SAP/Oracle). • Certifications desirable: MCIPS/CIPS, CPSM, Certified Third-Party Risk Professional, privacy/security credentials (CIPP, CCSP). Preferred. • High ethical standards; strong integrity and adherence to compliance policies. • Good communication skills; Speak and write fluently in English and the local language Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for both non-IT and IT categories, including facilities management, logistics, marketing, HR services, professional services, real estate, indirect spend, technology products, software, hardware, IT services, telecom, and related technology procurement requirements. • Lead the end-to-end procurement process: market research, supplier prequalification, RFI/RFP/RFQ, bid analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations. • Drive cost optimization, total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction, and value creation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements • Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and service-level compliance. • Conduct supplier performance reviews, risk assessments, and develop corrective action plans when needed.. • Negotiate long-term agreements and framework contracts covering pricing, payment terms, liability, warranties, and performance guarantees. • Monitor market trends and inflationary pressures to adjust sourcing strategies and mitigate supply risks. • Develop and manage multi-year procurement roadmaps, aligning sourcing initiatives with organizational goals and budgets. • Promote sustainable procurement practices including ESG, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing.
