About this role
Job Scope *
• Support the development of the Sustainability & Climate Data Warehouse (SCDW) by defining data requirements, validating source system mappings, overseeing data onboarding activities, and ensuring data quality, integrity, and traceability within SCDW. • Drive the digitalisation of sustainability due diligence, including designing future-state workflows, defining system requirements, supporting historical data migration, and digitising sustainability assessment and due diligence processes. • Coordinate project governance, risk and issue management activities, including steering committee reporting, project status tracking, decision logging, stakeholder communication and escalation management. • Support sustainability and regulatory reporting use cases, including Financed Emissions, Sectorial Climate Target Monitoring, sustainability taxonomy, sustainable finance, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, and other relevant regulatory requirements. • Develop user guidance, training materials, SOPs and change management artefacts to facilitate adoption of new data platforms, analytical tools and digitalised sustainability workflows.
Qualification & Experience *
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, business analysis, data governance, system implementation, or digital transformation, preferably within the financial services industry or ESG/sustainability consulting • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data lineage, ETL processes, and data governance principles. • Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders, including business users, technology teams, vendors, and project governance committees in large-scale transformation initiatives. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and project coordination skills, with the ability to drive workshops, challenge requirements, and facilitate business decisions.
