Primary Function: The Consultant EVIP Signature Experience Specialist serves as the Single Point of Accountability, strategic owner, and project manager for the end-to-end relocation experience of senior-level and executive customers. This role delivers a highly customized, white-glove experience, independently managing complex relocations with minimal oversight. It requires advanced project management, executive communication, and proactive problem-solving, particularly in global relocations. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Executive-Level Service Delivery & Ownership
• Serve as the primary point of accountability and strategic advisor for executive relocations • Independently manage the full relocation lifecycle • Deliver a white-glove, highly personalized experience • Maintain a reduced, curated caseload for exceptional service quality Project Management & Coordination
• Act as project manager (timelines, risks, deliverables) • Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers • Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks • Streamline processes to reduce client effort Client & Executive Engagement
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive clients • Provide 24/7 accessibility and guidance • Simplify complex processes into executive-ready insights • Lead needs assessments and policy navigation Supplier & Stakeholder Management
• Orchestrate supplier performance and accountability • Conduct regular touchpoints to ensure alignment • Eliminate duplication and enhance coordination • Strengthen internal and external partnerships Strategic Thinking & Value Creation
• Demonstrate expertise in global mobility and services • Identify value-added opportunities and cross-selling • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives • Participate in strategic projects and client presentations Operational Excellence

• 2+ years of international relocation experience • Ability to provide 24/7 support • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in relocation, mobility, or a client-focused service environment • Strong commitment to accuracy, process discipline, and data integrity across all aspects of work • Proven ability to analyze, problem solve, and independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with executive-level clients • Demonstrated history of top-tier service performance, consistently delivering high-touch, client-centric experiences • Proven leadership mindset, with the ability to take ownership, drive results, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority
