Production Manager - Manufacturing Operations Lead the Launch. Build the Team. Drive the Future. We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building processes, developing teams, and driving operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching and scaling a new vehicle production line while leading daily operations in a growing manufacturing facility.You'll be responsible for production performance, employee development, process improvements, and creating the structure needed to support continued growth. • Lead daily manufacturing operations in a low-volume, high-mix production environment. • Manage production teams, supervisors, labor allocation, and staffing needs. • Monitor and improve key production metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. • Support the launch and ramp-up of a new vehicle production line. • Develop and improve workflows, work instructions, and manufacturing processes. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost savings. • Coach, mentor, and develop employees while building a culture of accountability and teamwork. • Partner with purchasing, inventory, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure production goals are met. • Coordinate multiple projects while maintaining production schedules and delivery commitments. What We're Looking For

• Production management experience within a manufacturing environment. • Experience leading teams of 12+ employees in a production setting. • Strong understanding of production KPIs, workforce planning, and operational performance. • Track record of improving processes, increasing efficiency, and developing employees. • Experience with production planning, scheduling, and ERP systems. • Comfortable working on the production floor and leading by example. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience

• Heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, machinery, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing. • New product launches, production startups, or facility expansions. • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. • Welding, fabrication, chassis assembly, or mechanical manufacturing operations. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Madera, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Full benefits once direct with the company.
