Production Associate $20/hr What You'll Do: Join a growing food manufacturing team where you'll help produce high-quality food products in a clean, modern facility.
• Operate and monitor production equipment • Assist with mixing, packaging, and labeling products • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow food safety, quality, GMP, and HACCP standards • Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met • Report equipment issues or safety concerns • Support daily production goals and machine operation tasks • Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs • Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment • Reliable and able to work assigned shifts • Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications:
• Food manufacturing experience • Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices • Bilingual skills are a plus • Experience with packaging, labeling, or mixing processes Why Join Us?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.18 - $25.27/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
