Job Title: General Production Operator: $20 - $24/hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking General Production Operators to join our team in manufacturing wire mesh for various product lines including fencing and decking. You will play a crucial role in feeding the production line and ensuring its smooth operation in a typical industrial environment that is fairly climate controlled.Shifts1st shift: 7:00AM-5:30PM Mon-Thu3rd shift: 8:30PM-7:00AM Mon-Thu Weekend shift: 7:00AM-7:00PM Fri-Sun Responsibilities
• Feed the production line to ensure continuous operation. • Monitor and maintain the smooth running of the production line. • Operate machinery and equipment as required. • Utilize mechanical skills for machine operation and maintenance. Essential Skills
• Experience in manufacturing environments. • Previous experience in a machine operation role. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with machine operation is a plus. • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures. • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. • Knowledge of CNC and press brake machines. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
