Job Title: PainterJob DescriptionThis entry-level role focuses on painting small valves in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The work is highly repetitive and requires consistent reliability, attention to detail, and basic math skills. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and dependability will have the opportunity to be trained on additional duties over time.Responsibilities
• Paint small valves according to established procedures and quality standards • Perform repetitive painting tasks with accuracy and consistency throughout the shift • Follow production schedules to meet daily output and productivity goals • Use basic math skills to measure, count, and verify parts and materials as needed • Assist with general production and labor tasks in the manufacturing area when required • Support assembly, warehouse, and general manufacturing activities as directed • Operate or assist with material handling equipment, such as forklifts, if trained and authorized • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency • Follow all safety guidelines and facility rules within the heat treat and production environment • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding workflow, issues, and progress Essential Skills
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience • Proven history of reliable and consistent attendance • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying parts • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with sustained focus and accuracy • Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Willingness to learn and take on additional duties over time • General labor and production capabilities, including standing, moving, and handling parts Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
