Maintenance Technician Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourAre you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work every day? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support a variety of commercial and industrial facilities. In this role, you'll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and light construction projects while working independently and making a direct impact on facility operations.If you have experience in building maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trades, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do Facility Maintenance & Repairs
• Perform maintenance and repair work involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, painting, and general building upkeep. • Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues to identify and implement effective solutions. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and operating efficiently. • Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner. Construction & Installation
• Complete light renovation and construction projects, including installing doors, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and other building components. • Assist with facility upgrades, remodels, and improvement projects. • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project specifications. • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and applicable building codes. Customer Service & Communication
• Build strong relationships with clients, property managers, vendors, and team members. • Communicate project status, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations clearly and professionally. • Deliver exceptional service and represent the company with professionalism at all times. What We're Looking For
• Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, Handyman, Service Technician, or skilled trades professional. • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Work Environment
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. • Travel between customer and project sites as needed. • Exposure to typical maintenance and construction environments, including dust, noise, and equipment operation. Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
