Sr Warehouse Associate Job Opportunity About the Role We are looking for a SR Warehouse Associate to help lead daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role combines warehouse responsibilities with team leadership, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and deliveries. • Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize inventory. • Drive 20-foot box trucks for deliveries, pickups, and transportation of goods. • Pick, pack, and process orders while supporting daily shipping and receiving activities. • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are stored properly. • Assist with daily workflow planning, task coordination, and operational oversight. • Support and mentor warehouse team members as needed. • Help with opening and closing procedures. • Follow and promote workplace safety standards. • Complete basic shipping, inventory, and warehouse documentation. Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience. • Current forklift certification (or ability to maintain certification). • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Experience operating box trucks and supporting deliveries. • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable, accountable, and safety-focused. • Available to work a Monday-Saturday schedule. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers. • Inventory control and warehouse reporting experience. • Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience. Why Join Us?

Work Environment This role is based in a busy warehouse environment and involves regular forklift operation, lifting, standing, bending, and moving inventory throughout the day. Employees work closely with team members, leadership, and shipping partners while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
