• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fleet diesel vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation • Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues • Review driver inspection reports and complete necessary repairs or adjustments • Perform electrical wiring repairs and troubleshooting on fleet equipment • Utilize welding and basic fabrication skills to support maintenance projects • Operate forklifts and man lifts to complete repairs safely and efficiently • Respond to occasional roadside service calls to diagnose and repair disabled vehicles Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of diesel mechanic or fleet maintenance experience • Hands-on experience with diesel engines, preventive maintenance, and repair work • Knowledge of hydraulic systems, troubleshooting, and repair practices • Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and wiring issues • Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred • Ability to provide and maintain personal mechanic tools Preferred Skills

• Class A CDL is a plus • Previous fleet maintenance shop experience • Forklift and man lift operating experience • Familiarity with 5S workplace organization practices • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment • Commitment to workplace safety and participation in safety programs Work Environment

• Fleet maintenance shop environment with year-round hands-on mechanical work • Non-temperature-controlled facility with seasonal weather exposure • Daily interaction with diesel vehicles, hydraulic systems, and shop equipment • Steel-toed boots required • Safety-first culture with regular safety meetings and training • Organized shop operating under 5S principles • Fast-paced environment focused on keeping fleet operations running efficiently Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Honey Brook, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.-medical, dental, vision -401k Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Honey Brook,PA.
