Day Shift$25-32hrJob Title: Shop MechanicJob DescriptionThe Shop Mechanic is responsible for the disassembly, repair, assembly, troubleshooting, and quality verification of complex mechanical equipment. This role requires independent judgment, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical disassembly and reassembly of equipment with complex functions, using independent judgmentTear down and rebuild a variety of used industrial equipmentLearn products through self‑study, hands‑on experience, and guidance from the Shop SupervisorAssist in all aspects of the rebuild and refurbishment processTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsDiagnose and repair battery-powered, air‑cooled, and water‑cooled combustion engines, including diesel, gas, and LP systemsSafely use, maintain, and report on company tools, equipment, and propertyComplete work in a timely manner while exercising judgment to meet quality and cost targetsAdditional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tech school diploma is a plus. • 1 to 4 years of experience performing mechanical or electrical repairs. • Automotive experience is a bonus • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
