No extensive experience is required, and training will be provided. Job Responsibilities
• Assemble parts, components, and equipment according to work instructions and quality standards. • Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively. • Perform assembly and sub-assembly operations within established production timelines. • Rotate between workstations and learn multiple areas of the production process. • Read basic blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions. • Inspect products and identify quality concerns. • Record measurements, production data, and completed work accurately. • Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes. • Support team production goals and assist with additional responsibilities as skills develop. Qualifications Required
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a production environment. • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. • Basic math and measurement skills. • Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training. Preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse operations. • Experience using hand tools or power tools. • Mechanical aptitude or other hands-on skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Our Team?
